I was disappointed in this hotel. This was my 3rd stay here. Its really gone down hill. The TV didn't work in the room. I brought to the attention of two different staff members. The manager was supposed to come fix but never showed up. There was a huge rip in the comforter. The tub backed up and took forever to drain. I noticed duck tap around the wall outside the elevator. The pool bathroom was filthy with dead bugs on the floor. Unattended children were unruley at the pool. To top all that off there was a man screaming profanities out in the parking lot. This is the first time i have not felt safe at this hotel.

My family and I needed a place to stay as our house was not ready for us to move into. We absolutely enjoyed being here. The staff was so professional and courteous, the people here are absolutely amazing.

The hotel itself was in a nice area. Surrounded by a apartments. The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the sofa bed was fine for children. The breakfast was nice with a variety. The man that works overnight was so very nice.

Hotel overall was not completely horrible for the cost you pay. However I picked this one specifically for the indoor pool so my kids and I could go swimming. The pool was so green I did not even dare go to it. Breakfast was average but the lady serving it up was super amazing and nice. Hotel was clean Tv's had issues but overall you get what you pay for.

Our family stay was very good. We were close to the things we needed and the size of room we booked was good for out family of four. We would stay here again.

Overall good. Lady at front desk was wonderful and helpful. Different lady at front desk checking out in morning was not friendly and acted like she was bejng bothered by a guest checking out. She needs to smile. Indoor pool is small but was fun for the kids. Room is spacious and pretty clean. Not sure if the bathroom floor was mopped or not as there were a few spots on the tile. Huge bathroom. King bed very comfortable. Pull out couch mattress was terrible and very thin and not comfortable. Free Continental breakfast was good. Overall good. On a side note, there's a great little hole in the wall Mexican restaurant about a quarter mile from the hotel with delicious authentic Mexican food called Las Meras Tortas.

Our family stayed here for a night heading home from vacation. The hotel was updated, the staff was friendly, good continental breakfast in the morning. Nice quiet location set back off the road but easy access to the highway. The elevator floor/main floor was somewhat sticky though, as well as a couple small stains on the floor in our room.

The hotel is a little older on the inside. However, they accept pets, so perhaps it’s not economically feasible to keep replacing things. The door to our room was cracked open when we checked in and the bathroom smelled like body odor and the toilet seat was up. That was really weird. The curtains in our room were broken so that one side hung down and we couldn’t close them all the way. The couch and other furniture were worn and scratched. However, the beds were fantastic! Super comfortable. The pool area could have used some cleaning but it was fine for our kids to splash around in and we were happy to find an indoor pool. Great breakfast and incredibly clean dining area. The attendant was fastidious about cleaning and disinfecting the tables and countertops.

Having a family of 5 and other family members stay there on the way to South Carolina, wanted a simple, clean and safe place. The room we had had blood spots on the carpet, pullout sofa cushion was wet. Dead bugs on the floor. On the elevator ride, a dog peed on the floor. Breakfast was so so but glad it was included in the cost. Front desk lady at check in, however was very nice and helpful. The dirtiness is why I would not recommend nor stay there ever again.
