Comfort Suites Northlake

Very clean and modern hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast options limited and lacked taste but was OK enough as opposed to going out and spending extra. Would consider staying again but just prepared myself and my family to go out for breakfast somewhere else.

Nice suites for a family. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but other than that it was nice.

Overall, the hotel was convenient for what we needed. This was an overnight stop as we wanted to go to Vicious Biscuit in Charlotte for breakfast - MUST DO. We went to Azteca across the parking lot. Food was decent - but we were there on a Friday night and they were doing karaoke - my kids didn’t care for it lol.

The management crew was the best. Me and my family absolutely love them. The rooms were everything we wanted and needed them to be to feel like we were at home. I have no complaints only positive words with my stay. I will never book another hotel anywhere else as long as this current management crew is in charge in Charlotte NC. They are the absolute best.

It is a good place to stay with your family. I have no complaints.

The folks next door were playing loud music all night, ending up with little to no sleep for our family.

The property was nice and the room was very clean. However, we had some problems with housekeeping. We booked a room for 5 days for two adults and three kids. They only provided two towels. We requested three more at the front desk and they informed us housekeeping would bring them up. Housekeeping then only brought one and two face cloths. We requested two more and had to have the two youngest share a towel so we could get ready to leave. When we got back that night we still didn't have anything. The morning of the third day as we were heading out for the day we again requested towels for the room at the front desk and she stated she would inform housekeeping and that we were not the only room to complain regarding towels. We returned later that day only to find we still didn't receive towels. My boyfriend brought the dirty very wet towels down to the desk and stated the complaint again and told them we needed 5 clean towels (for the 5 people booked in the room). She finally handed him the towels we needed. As she was grabbing them he noticed and entire list of rooms that had made complaints regarding towels.

The staff was great, super nice and accommodating to my request to check in early but, when I went inside of my room I noticed that it was partially cleaned. There were food crumbs on the refrigerator and it did not look 100% clean and had a smell. The bathroom sink had makeup around the faucet area and the desk chair was broken and would not slide on top of the bed sheets didn't look too clean. Luckily, I only needed the room to decompress and work on business so I only needed the space to be alone and focus and ended up sitting on the couch. The other guests were EXTREMELY loud and ghetto, kids running up and down the halls on the floor above and just loud music and weed smells coming through the walls. I put my Airpods in and tuned it out. I would have been pissed had I been on vacation or needed to rest!

Great place for families

I will never stay at this property again, it reeked of marijuana and there were no towels in my room. My family of 6 had to share the only two hand towels that were in the bathroom. There was also trash and underwear just laying in the parking lot and the car next to mine had a window smashed. Will never recommend
