Our hotel experience was poor at best.
We ended up with two rooms and they both stunk of weed smoke and just dankness. My clothes stunk when I got home. We had to leave the doors open and air the rooms out. Our second room was not available till well after 6pm. We had left the property at that point in time.
When we returned around mid-night and got the other room open, it stunk too. I'd say the employees must have chosen these two rooms to sit around and smoke dope in and fool around.
The mattress for the pullout sofa was maybe two inches.
We booked the hotel as our family of five was hoping for one room. We ended up with an extra kid and were able to get two rooms but both poor. It would be one thing if I spent $89.99 on the room but the double room was over $300 and that is just too expensive for a dated dump.

The only thing I didn’t care for was that we didn’t get the room that I picked. I paid for a room with 2 queen beds and instead got a king and a pull out couch. My kids hate to sleep in a pull out couch.

My flight was cancelled but the front desk staff made sure my room was available when I finally got to Greensboro. They were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was great, good selection and I loved the omelette station. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a baby!

Great family friendly hotel. Only down side was there is no longer a hot tub and pool water was not heated even though pool is indoors. Food was excellent and everyone was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

Hotels.com oversold the room I had booked. Traveling with a family of 5 we need two beds and a pullout couch. When I checked in, there wasn’t a room available to fit 5. The staff saw it right away and instead upgraded us with 2 adjoining rooms. They were wonderful.

This hotel could likened to an aging film star. Once upon a time I am sure it was splendid and swanky, but alas it is tired, showing its age, and past its prime. Every faucet was loose, the fridge leaked and the carpet was stained. Paint was chipped, bedding was slightly gray. The outside signage had half of the lights out. We just had a one-night stay for a family trip, so not really time to complain. Just to vow never to return. Not your finest hour here ES

Rooms were clean. Sower was amazing but unable to change setting on shower head. Most staff was polite some appeared they did not want to bothered. Items that I thought would already be in the room were not. No sheets or blanket for the sofa bed. Pen, Paper.
Park Place food was good and staff was polite. I noticed the room service prices were cheaper then eating in the restaurant it was $8.00 for the kids meal if you dinned in and only $5.00 for room service. Disappointed that for high priced restaurant they they could not give me lemon for my water when I know the bar has lemons. I also would have liked my ketchup for my fries not to be in packets. I paid $45 including tip for Kids cheese burger and fries and a bistro burger and fries. Bring your own water it’s expensive to buy water there. Could not connect to Hulu or Netflix on the television. I noticed animal hair on the carpet I did not mind since I have animals but people that are allergic might be upset about it. Difficult time connecting to the internet. Free evening reception was good they had chips and hummus, ranch and veggies. 2 free Alcoholic beverages pretty much anything you wanted they could make. I had an amaretto sour. You can bring your kids to the reception there is soda available for the kids and they are welcome to the snacks at least nobody said anything when I brought my eleven year old with me and others had their children with then as well. I would definitely stay again.

I choose this hotel for its amenities and location. The staff lady at check in was friendly and informative. The room was very spacious for a family of 4 however the furniture is outdated, the carpet needs a good conditioning to get the stains out and there was a moldy smell in the bathroom. The kiddos enjoyed the pool time. Unfortunately the bar restuarnt closed but we made it to Bad Daddys Burger before it closed. Overall the place was cost and quiet.

Everything was just right. The check-in was fast, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. My grandson had problems connecting his PS5, so one of the young men came to the room to help. The room was clean, we had plenty of space ( 2 adults and 2 children). Breakfast was free, hot and delicious. The made-to-order omelette bar, hot waffles, fruit and other items were a great way to start the days that we were there.
Even though we didn't take advantage of housekeeping services, whenever we needed anything, it wasn't a problem.
The entire experience at Embassy Suites was enjoyable....No complaints.
PS: Not a complaint.....wish breakfast hours were a little longer.
