Stayed here several times as has family visiting. Always a great experience. The afternoon/evening desk person is awesome. Not sure of her name sorry

It was an adequate one night stay. We had a domestic violence situation next door we called the front desk and nothing was done ...it kept happening. Woke our family out of da dead sleep.

Excellent staff that could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The motel appears to be relatively new and well maintained. We had a VRBO reserved for four families to celebrate Thanksgiving and when we arrived it was already occupied. The Mountain Inn staff went out of their way to provide rooms for everyone.

I do not like the high beds. At my age, height and ankle problem getting into the bed is difficult. I am anout 5'5" but wonder how other family members who are 5"2" woud do at your hotel. I think this trend toward high beds is a serious mistake.

Always stay here when in the Hendersonville area visiting family. Took an evening walk down to Bloomfield's and sat outside for a while admiring the setting sun over the mountains. I like the homey, family-friendly feel of this place.

The woman at the front desk was so friendly and kind. Definitely not a “mountain feel”. You are right next to the highway, a liquor store, Zaxby’s, and Waffle House. Very old place, but super clean. The room did smell a little musty, but I think it was because of the old dresser. Bed a bit hard for me, but again, super clean room. Very pet friendly. I will say, if you are sensitive to sounds, maybe ask for a room on the top floor. We had to be on the first floor because we had our dog. But we could hear ever single move the family above us made. The hotel was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go throughout the weekend.

The young man at the desk at check in was wonderful. The other desk staff not so much. The place appears clean, but if you look closely there is dust everywhere. The wood work is covered in thick dust. Headboards, lamps and TV were very dusty. My child has severe allergies so it is a big deal. The first room I was given had a very noisy HVAC . I was moved. The new room has a broken toilet seat. I asked that it be addressed, it was the same 5 days later when I checked out. It is a nice place, and could be great with a little attention.
