The room was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. My family enjoyed the pool. Upon checkout i had an issue. I booked and paid for my stay through Hotels.com but when i checked out they said my room wasn’t paid for and charged me again. I had to call my bank because i was charged twice and it is under investigation at this point. I had proof that it was paid but they still charged me.

The room was spacious and clean, the Check-in progress for quick and efficient. At 9am, my family and I came down for breakfast but breakfast was not refilled for examples, the hot water dispenser was empty, eggs was empty event thought breakfast was suppose to be until 10am.

We were mid-family move and needed a safe place to stop for the night. This hotel was available with room for our entire family of 5. It was mostly clean, though the bathroom floors/corners needed some attention: nothing atrocious, but it was evident that dirt and junk had been pushed into corners. Overall a great stay: we slept well, everyone was able to eat breakfast even family members navigating gluten free/dairy free options. We would stay there again!

The receptionist had to deal with a family waiting on double beds. They weren’t very nice to her. When it was my turn to check in she was really professional and friendly to me. I really appreciated her because it was Christmas Eve and I’m sure it was hard for her to have to work and deal with rude customers. I thought she was amazing and handled the situation as a pro.

Very clean and comfortable. Stayed with kids driving back from Myrtle Beach and was very surprised how comfortable the beds and bedding was. Kids feel right asleep as it was very cozy and clean and looked like a brand new room. Very good breakfast as well. We ate right at 6 am when breakfast was ready and it was hot and delicious!
