I paid for a king suite and the sleeper sofa my grandchildren was to use had dried blood stains soaked on both sides of the mattress and I informed the front desk and nothing was done about it I have called the hotel several times and left messages and no response now when I call the phone disconnect and no one answered please advise me what to do I also have pictures of the mattress and the comb webs and the spiders that were in the sofa

Asked for a portable bed for my kid and they didn’t even try to get us one. Very rude !

The stay here was comfortable. The hotel and room was clean. The air conditioning system could stand to be updated, although it did work, however, it can run loudly all night, on auto (extremely cold at 76, or room will get muggy if set to 77 or 78). Overall the hotel rooms could require renovations/updating for the price of $169 + tax a night. Hotel buffet breakfast was ok at 13.99 per person (bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, grits, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cereal and juice. Not worth it for little kids and you cannot take it to go, that's a different price.

The property itself was ok; but, for the price paid i expected more. In the room, the door to the bathroom was hard to fully shut and was loud when shut. The shower head and water pressure were abysmal. The staff discussed there grievances with other staff about other staff and conditions they were working in openly and not away from customers. The only bright side to staying here was the warm cookies that were offered at the front desk, which were more enjoyable than anything offered at the onsight restaurant. There were so many little things that made this stay less than exceptional. I honestly feel inclined to ask for a refund for this stay as it not only disappointed me but everyone in my family who stayed there.
