This was a good stay but the property itself felt very business oriented, and I was traveling with small kids. We went to the restaurant and waited forever but no one served us though I could see others (without kids) were being served. I assume they were understaffed but still frustrating. The area around the hotel has a lot to do which is nice!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly! The condition of the hallways was horrendous! The rugs were damp, they had fans on several floors. The hallway smelled musty and nasty! My room smelled the same way. There was water coming up from the floor. I made sure I always had shoes on. The bathroom molding had black mold on the bottom. I should have taken pictures but it was there. I only was there one night. Other family members were at the hotel and had to ask for toilet paper, towels and room cleaning. I was glad I was there for one night. The lady that worked at Starbucks was very nice and pleasant!

The pros: -location!! Great within walking distance of DPAC! -the parking garage next door was free over the weekend -easy check in and friendly housekeeping staff The cons: -honestly the biggest con is that the bathroom has a sliding door and no fan. So it doesn’t feel very private at all. This was fine when it was just me and my husband but did make it uncomfortable when more family members stayed in the room as well. -no microwave, just FYI. We didn’t need it but there was a mom who needed to heat up formula for her baby and had to figure out something else.

Check in was great. Staff friendly. We paid for a room due to our child dancing in the convention center. Our room did not cool off until 2am. No sleep until after that. The convention center was miserable. I can’t believe we paid what we did to only have 3-4 hours of sleep. Counter in bathroom was also not clean. This could be a great place with these things fixed. Again, friendly staff so that was a plus

I booked a room for my wife and daughter. Upon arrival, and check-in, they discovered a malfunctioning toilet. After reporting the issue to the staff an engineer was dispatched and reported the issue as fixed which was not the case. My wife repeatedly reported the recurring issue to the staff, to no avail. My family had to manually fill the toilet tank with water using a cup before each use in order to flush. Needless to say we will not be staying in this establishment again.
