Residence Inn Marriott Concord

Absolutely the best stay for our family! Very clean with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Plan on coming back for sure!

The rooms were spacious and well maintained! My family and I stayed for 2 nights/3 days to attend a wedding in Concord, and this location was absolutely perfect. Close to the CLT airport, the wedding venue and many dining/shopping options! The hotel was clean, the HOT complimentary breakfast was just right and the amenities kept our family entertained.

This is a nice hotel with an attentive staff. Whose idea was it to put a basketball court outside the rooms on one side of the hotel? I'd like to get my hands on them. Combine this ridiculous idea with guests who think it is fine to play basketball after 10 PM and you can forget about having a relaxing evening or getting to sleep at a decent hour. I called the front desk 4 times to ask them to get people off the court after that time during a two night stay. On Saturday night one woman brought 10-15 children out to run around and play on the court at midnight. They were literally climbing the fences. The last group comprised of adults came out to shoot hoops after 1 AM. If there were any signs saying the court was closed at a certain hour I couldn't find them. There were no barriers such as saw horses or even the little plastic ones you put up when the floor is wet to keep people off the court at night. The staff would get the people off the court when you requested it but they were soon replaced by other inconsiderate guests. Buy some signs and block of the court after dark! Also they need more than one elevator.

Absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We all had plenty of room to stretch, and the little kitchen area was perfect for our needs. We were just passing through, but I wish we had stayed longer! Clean, comfortable beds, affordable for a family. Breakfast was great, highly recommend
