Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Charlotte-Concord-I-85, an IHG Hotel

Excellent stay with my family. Room was very clean and a great value for price. Beds were super comfortable and it was centrally located to everything. We would stay again in the future.

The toilet flooded and we were not given an option to switch rooms. We were only given towels to absorb The water that had overflowed. I called to ask if there was anyone that was going to come clean it properly or if we needed to come get something. I was met with a bad attitude and told she was alone. I understand and feel bad she is alone but I wasn’t rude and didn’t deserve an attitude. I was staying with friends, not family, and I’m asking because of cleanliness. I went downstairs and asked the lady for sanitary products to clean the floors. I scrubbed the floors myself because the lady at the front desk was the only one at the hotel scheduled. We left the bags of toilet water towels outside the door and it sat there until the remainder of our stay👎 (lady didn’t have an attitude once downstairs, I appreciate her trying to help.)

The staff were amazing! Very professional! My family and I love it!

The staff was so friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. My family and I will definitely stay here every time we’re in the area.
