The stay was great. It was so quiet. If there were children there, I didn't hear them. A bag breakfast was available for those leaving before breakfast. You had to go to the Hampton Inn to get it. The door was locked and Tru's door locked when I went next door. Great stay but a few more details would have been beneficial.

The mattresses were hard as a rock! I didn’t sleep yet paid for 2 rooms for our family’s 1 night stay. Reconsider buying some new mattresses. You skimped on the one item that customers value the most. The ability to get a decent night sleep.

A family member car window was busted out while staying on property. And we were told her car was parked where the cameras stop recording but picks back up from another camera two cars down from hers. Sounds like an inside job due to whoever done it knew where the cameras were!

I stayed at this hotel for a conference with the North Carolina Chamber of Commerce. The hotel was clean convenient with friendly staff if I’m ever in the area again, I will likely stay at this hotel. Having a shuttle to the airport and breakfast available starting early in the morning was a huge plus and made my trip even more pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family should they be in the Charlotte North Carolina area.

Our family of 4 stayed here 1 night and it had everything we needed. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Would definitely stay here again. Nice location clean, and staff was friendly. Room was clean but small but fit our family for staying overnight on our long drive.
