The hotel provided a serene and secure environment with outstanding customer service. While the gentleman with long curly hair could have been more helpful in managing the long line, not everyone excels in service. However, the young lady who checked us in was calm and professional, and another staff member was exceptionally kind to my children. Overall, it was an incredible place!

Avoid. Tried to scam credit card with 22 transactions to my card for amounts ranging from $1000 to $100 whilst in the air on a flight. Then when challenged tried to claim it was due to water damage. Ruined the start of my family vacation and had to cancel the card I had taken to fund my family vacation. Shocked to recieve this experience from Hilton as I stay at Hilton’s often but never again !!!

I had just left a different property, which was booked thru another vendor and found this one available on Travelocity. It was perfect and everything I needed. I felt safe and clean and able to breathe. All the tension I had from my recent stay at the other property went away. My family and I appreciate how this property was kept. I’ll stay here again.

We booked this room because they advertised a hotel shuttle, the shuttle we took dropped us off at the WRONG Hilton with two small children in the middle of the night. When the shuttle came back and took us to the correct Hilton, the front desk staff didn’t inform us that was not their shuttle until we asked about taking it in the morning for an early flight. They told us the shuttle was being shared between two hotels and was all booked and their shuttle would be out of service for several WEEKS. If they hadn’t had the airport shuttle on their listing, we would have booked at a different hotel, but had to stay because it was late and our kids needed sleep. We had to pay for an Uber out of pocket.

There was only one server for the restaurant. I waited almost 30 minutes & did not get my order taken- a family seated after me was waited on. I left without ordering. Bought a pre-packed sandwich & chips which was average for this type fare. Laminate floor in room entrance had a sticky residue in spots.otherwise, room was clean. Guests loud in hall. Could hear snoring of person in adjacent room.
