The customer service was PHENOMENAL! However, the condition of the hotel was very lack luster and out-of-date. My bed had HAIR in it! Due to the late hour of my arrival after a day of travel, I just slept on the other side of the bed and kept the hair covered up. Additionally, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The temperature of the room was locked at 63 and turned to 59 overnight. I was unable to adjust it. So I slept cold. The purpose of my trip was due to a loss in the family, and I was there to pay my respects. Ergo, I really didn't feel like complaining to hotel staff because their customer service was great.

We had a great experience at the Doubletree. We liked it enough to change our hotel plans and stayed again on our way back through. Very conveniently located by airport. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Our kids loved the cookies.
