Our room had two doors for adjoining rooms. We could hear a dog barking on one side and a dad yelling at a vet g child on the other side. Thank goodness they all left after the first night. Other than that it was great! Would stay again

Nice, clean, updated. Great breakfast! Guests on our floor were very noisy, no fault of the hotel but maybe poor acoustics. Shower was lukewarm, couldn’t get hot water. But would stay again, the suite was perfect for a family of 5.

Bath tub was dirty, had to wash dirt/hairs down the drain before bathing my kids. No hand soap in the bathroom, only one towel for 2 people

We had a family emergency and had to change our plans, They refused to give us a refund, even though we had given them plenty of notice and never spent a minute there.

I did not get a chance to stay because they did not honor the confirmation number that i received when i booked theu Expedia. According to the staff member who told me that i actually did not have a room aavailable for me and my family after driving two hours, that "their system allowed them to overbook". I did not inquire as to whether or not i was a glitch or something that Holiday Inn does regularly because I then had to jump back in my car and find a room at another hotel at 10:00 at night....definitely not a happy camper!

Room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but just fine for what we needed. Other people staying in n the same floor were VERY loud and parents allowed kids to play in the hallway. Walls are thin and noise from that family was unacceptable. I however did not complain to management. Parking lot is a bit tight. Breakfast was really good and they had lots of options. Check in and out was fast and simple.

The suite was great for a grandmother and 5 grandchildren, 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately, nowhere when booking did it say pool was not open, room was not ready until 4pm and breakfast needs to have eggs added not just breakfast meats.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. The manager himself was walking around cleaning up and taking out trash. They are hard workers here at this hotel. The room was very clean and very spacious for our family of 3. Breakfast was very yummy and nice and hot. Price was amazing !!!

Ac unit did not cool adequately. Pool should stay open later for adults to enjoy after the kids have gone to bed. Nice breakfast. Was surprised there was no exhaust fan of any type in bath. Overall nice though.
