Hampton Inn Rochester Webster

At time of check in we were told we had already checked in. front desk was confident that I was the person they checked i. however I was not even the same ethnicity of the person they checked in. the never checked ID. The the other group that had our room they locked out of their room and removed their stuff. I finally got into my room after an hour of agurging with an unprofessinal staff member. Once their manager came in from their day off they then became pleasant. The other party got their room for free and we did not. The safety of my family is top priority. If they aren't properly checking IDs it can lead to the desk giving room keys to wrong people. also be accountable for your mistakes and apologize

Water from shower didn’t drain properly, it would just pool right away for a long time, it was very gross. You would have to stop the shower and let it drain for 5 minutes which was unresonable. I advised of the issue and they could only fix the following day when we were chekcing out, and there was no point. The pool was supposed to be heated, it was not, we picked this hotel due to the heated pool and we had small kids. Only the small hot tub was heated. Don't advertise as heated if it won't be. The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The hotel is so outdated and dark in the room, I don't understand how the reviews can be so high. We will not be staying here again.

The very worse hampton inn i have ever stayed at. My grandmother is a diamond member and this place was a dump. Extremly understaffed. Front desk agents were no where to be found during check in and check out. The pool was freezing guests compared it to bottled water. There were HOLES in our bedroom wall. There was hair on the shower curtain. Dirt and hair in bathrooms. Hair on sheets. Rooms were small and dark. Breakfast was an absolute disaster. There was no where to sit. No juice. No milk. No eggs. No yogurt . Had to get the front desk agent and she got upset stating shes doing the front desk and breakfast is doing house keeping. There was a line out into the dining area to try to make waffles. After 30 mins we only got cereal and left starving so went to chick fil a . The towels at the pool were so small they didnt even cover my 3 year old. My 7 year old kept calling the place "trashiest hotel ever". Beyond annoyed and disappointmented. My money is very tight and we did this for a family get away. Major waste of money. Will be leaving a google review as well. Will never ever return and pefer the holdiay inn express way morem

Very clean room and bathroom; very quiet and you did not realize how many people and kids were in the hotel until you went to breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. Great place to spend the weekend. I stayed here as I was working on a book and needed to get away from the hustle and bustle

First time staying in the hotel. Overall it was clean, breakfast was great! Pool was great, although we went in the morning and there were no clean towels. The towel basket was full and towels spilling over. We did ask the front desk for towels and they were received immediately. So, great customer service even though they seemed short staff. My family would stay there again!

My say was OK the one issue I had which was taken care of when I bring it to the front Dess my first room walked in and it smelled really bad apparently at this hotel is pet friendly, but my thing is you should have designated room for pet friendly families And designated room for those who cannot be around pets due to allergies and other issues front Dess was very friendly very helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Your room was a little small but OK.

Our family likes to walk. However, there was no map of sidewalks on a map. We are from a small village, so we do not trust walking on the sidewalk into the busy area with no map. We also could not use the pool one morning due to a ceiling that needed repair, I understand that, however, for the rate we paid, we should’ve had access to the pool.

Great hotel in Webster! There were several of us family members in town for a funeral, and they let us check in early. The room was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel. The breakfast wasn't that great, but would definitely stay again.
