Shaheen's Adirondack Inn

I liked that everything was easy going. Grab what you need whenever you need in the lobby (tissues, soap, toilet paper). We went to the nice warm lobby and played a couple family games together at night.

This was our first time staying at Trailhead and we would definitely like to come back! I love how they have renovated an old motel and made it modern and a very nice place to stay. The only issue that I had was in getting the code to our room as I did not receive it in an email or text. I called the number of the hotel and got sent to a voicemail box that was full. I was starting to get worried as it was around 9 p.m., about 5 degrees F outside, and I had two young kids in the car. Fortunately, someone responded immediately to my texts and I got the room number and code. That was the only hiccup.

We had a fantastic stay at the Trailhead! It was very clean and quiet. There was plenty of room for our family of five. We especially appreciated the comfortable bedding and TV that was larger than most hotel rooms. It exceeded our expectations and we hope to stay there again.

Our room was very nice, we had one of the suites and it was roomy and freshly painted. The check in was easy and breakfast was adequate. There were rooms under construction during the day, a dumpster in one of the parking spots, and the pool was out of service. Very disappointing for my kids.

As a family of 5 we had an excellent experience! Room was spacious and sparkly clean. Staff was helpful and friendly plus perfect location! If the weather were good we would've enjoyed the big pool too.
