I stay at this hotel twice a year or more to visit family. This visit was horrible. No shower curtain on the shower, TV's were not working in the room. Breakfast - don't get me started. There was a large group staying there who took over the breakfast area and cleaned out the food, leaving little to nothing for others to eat. Overall a horrible experience. Not sure if I will be coming back, which is a shame as it is the closest one to the family.

Our family of 3 (including a 2 yr old) were at the hotel for a long weekend and had an excellent stay. The room was large and clean; the bed was comfortable; the pool was nice; and the breakfast was fantastic! All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Our son didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be staying there again when we are in the area.

Stayed here multiple times and always enjoyed it. It's one of the few pet friendly hotels in the area when we visit family. I wish the per deposit wasn't so expensive, but they are very accommodating and the rooms are clean. I have stayed in other pet friendly hotels that stinks and smell like animals because they never get them clean. This one has never been an issue and my dog is comfortable here.

Our stay was fun! We liked having extra space and two rooms. It really makes a big difference when traveling with kids and more than 2 adults. Rooms and beds were clean and moderately comfortable. The pull out couch had a large stain on the under side (looked like blood) so I didn't want my kids sleeping on that. The pool was a big highlight for my kids but there was not enough towels which was a bit challenging. Overall we were happy with our stay and would return.

My family and I stayed at the Residence Inn in a 2br suite for a week and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Everything was better then expected. Our suite was clean and spacious. Mrs. Sabrina was the best ! I believe she was the manager. She greeted us from the beginning to end and even shared snacks with my son. Breakfast was a tad bit disappointing-im guessing due to covid, everything was microwaveable. I was really looking forward to a hot meal. Other than that everything was great ! Definitely will book again when I'm in NY. Thanks again Mrs. Sabrina !
