We used to love staying here on our way back home. We used to recommend it to everyone. But this time was different. We got in super late with 2 kids under 2, so naturally we slept in as we had a big drive ahead. We thought check out was at 12, but at 11 sharp we got a call from the front desk asking when we’d be leaving (totally get it - we missed check out). Struggling to get two kids ready and after arriving so late the night before, we kind of figured we might get a grace period. Nope. 20 minutes later we get another call from the front desk asking when we are leaving. Apparently housekeeping kept asking. We had a dirty old candy beside our bed, so they clearly aren’t going to any huge feats when they do end up cleaning it. Just put a really bad taste in our mouths, I don’t think we’ll ever stay here again. Won’t be recommending anymore.

My family loved the fire pits and free hot cocoa. It was a wonderful way to end the day, talking and sharing. Everyone also loved the breakfast.😋

Our family needed three rooms and a crib. The staff was incredible in accommodating all of our needs. I plan on staying there every year. Customer service is exceptional. Our room was spotless. Thank you!

A great stay. Front desk was friendly. The breakfast was awesome. My children loved making their own waffles with the waffle irons. The women assisting with breakfast were so sweet and helpful. My only complaint is that the pool was extremely cloudy and didn't appear to be clean. Otherwise, a great stay!

This was one of the best hotel stays our family of 6 has had in awhile. The staff were amazing. Sometimes they grunt at you, but these ladies were super sweet and helpful and I loved it. The pool was clean, it was perfect for the kids. The breakfast was hot and delicious and we all stuffed our faces. The woman there even made a fresh berry cobbler. It was AMAZING. She also makes cookie that are free for the taking, which is always good. The room was clean and the sofa bed was already out and made for us which has never happened before. The ONLY thing that wasn't wonderful was my shower was NOT HOT, so I had to jump right out. But this place was amazing thanks to the staff, I highly recommend!
