Comfort Inn & Suites Schenectady - Scotia

We have a Comfort Inn one town over from us and I wrote it off as a nothing hotel. I was wrong. My family had a very pleasant one night stay at this chain and we will not hesitate to book again. No complaints!

Was in the area for a family function. Accommodations were excellent. Clean room, suitable breakfast included and knowledgeable staff regarding the area. If staying, check out DeMarco’s Pizza, Wolff’s Beirgarten, River Casino and City Squire. All drivable within 10-15 minutes of Comfort Inn and Suites.

A nice place to stay when visiting family in the area.

The rooms were very clean and updated. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. We loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Plus the beds were very comfortable. We traveled with small children, and they loved it.

I was visiting family in Scotia. The hotel is so convenient to get to. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I’ll stay here each time I visit

Pleasantly surprised this was a very nice facility, room was spacious, connecting with the 2nd room and grandchildren, very clean room and common areas, breakfast was very good lots of choices...eggs sausage waffles, fruit cereal

Friendly, helpful staff, clean and quiet, nice coffee and breakfast, close to family.

The property is clean and air is breathable; I believe they should drop the incidental charge as a precaution against data breach; why should I give my credit card information again to all the hotels I stay since my trip was prepaid with my favourite travel agency ? Other than that beware the property is not separated and shares the parking lot with a small shopping centre; the pool area has hot tub and sauna but the interior is not high so the noise kids do is deafening

Very good experience during my stay. Staff was very friendly and always available. Check in and out was a very easy process. The room was nice with its own amenities such as a keurig, microwave, and refrigerator! Bed was comfy with firm and soft pillows. They did a nice job with continental breakfast in the morning. Lots to choose from; waffles, Eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, coffee, and juice, plus some other things! They also have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available 24 hours in the lobby for guest which is very nice. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna, which are all open till 11pm, giving my family plenty of time to enjoy. Plenty of places to DoorDash/Uber food to the room from, and if you forget anything there is a Dollar General across the parking lot! May not look the most fancy when you pull up to it, but you will be happily surprised once you’re inside!
