This hotel is very comforting and inviting. The concierge Francesca was an absolute great person and very accommodating. My kids and I enjoyed our stay very much and will hopefully be back soon!

Everything was very clean, the room was great size. The pool was great for the kids. Staff were all helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was wonderful!

This was our second stay at this location. Our first was without hot water. We stayed only one night and found a second hotel. This stay, we chose it so that the kids would have the heated pool to relax in, but it was ice cold. I went to explain to the front desk the issue. She called someone to the pool who had no access to the closet. I asked if there was anyone on call or above the two team members there who could assist and was told there was no one but she could give a manager's email, which I took. I asked if there would be any change in the pool and she said no, but would check me out of my hotel and I could go find somewhere else or go home. It was 8pm and I had 2 kids and a 2.5 hour drive home, so none of that was possible. We went to our room and made the best of it. The woman at the desk in the morning was a delight, she apologized for the rudeness of the woman the night prior and walked me through what they were doing for the pool, which ended up needing a part. Had that been explained and something done the night prior, I would not have been as upset. Being told to go home was what angered me. At least show you are doing something to help your guests.

Check in was at 3pm we got there a little after and had to waint until 5pm to get a room they claimed the room wasnt ready house keeping needed to clean it we booked in advance minday for the room on thursday there should have been plently of time to make sure it was all set. Usually the pool room is so muggy you can hardly stand it it was freezing felt llike we were outside the pool water was do cold you couldn't even swim you needed to take a hot shower to warm back up whivh was a huge disappointment as we had three children with us that was the only thing we were looking to enjoy. Breakfast was good had a wide variety of food the seats in the breakfast area were worn out felt like you were sitting on the floor but we made do as for the room itself it was good had plenty of room was clean. parking was odd apparently all parking out front of the hotel was for one of the restaurants we also were never told there was specific parking for hotel guests either so we parked out front and noticed when we were leaving that itnt hotel parking at least our vehicle didn't get towed we probably wont book here again unless its absolutely necessary will look at other places first

Front desk staff were friendly and went out of there way to help with making sure charging station was shared amongst guest. Thank you very much! This made me and my family trip back home more efficient.

Great last minute stay for our family of 4 plus our dog. Worked out great!

Huge suits. Beautiful hotel. Water in pool was too cold for me, but kids loved it.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. We stayed in a one bedroom quite with 2 queens and a pullout and it was lots of space for family of 5. The pool was a hit for the kids. The restaurant next to the hotel was an unexpected gem. The food was fantastic with a steak on the kids menu! The service was friendly and very accommodating to move us from the patio inside when rain started. Overall a really easy stay.
