The alarm went off 1x in the middle of the night and 1x early in the am. The refrigerator made noise the whole night. My child and I kept waking up the whole night and we Hardly slept. I told the manager and she listened kindly. Wish I stayed somewhere else to have slept during the night.

My family and I stayed at the Sleep Inn in Queensbury Lake George on 8/31 out on 9/1 to move my nephew into SUNY Adirondack college. After a long move in day, we get to the hotel around 8:00 p.m. When I went to take a shower, the shower was extremely dirty. I called the front desk to have someone to come up to clean but was told housekeeping was not available until the next day at 9:00 a.m. After a very hot, busy and hectic move in day, a shower was needed by all. We were not even offered to change our room. We had to go out to purchase a bathmat to put into the shower so we could shower. I called the hotel to make a complaint and they offered points. I will never stay in another Sleep Inn no mattered how many points they offered. Sleep Inn did not live up to the reviews on Hotels.com

I walked into my room for there to be hair at the bottom of the shower… the bottom of the shower itself was pretty gross too. I went down to the front desk to make them aware and the staff member was not the most gracious in handling the situation - I told her about the hair and the immediate reaction was “well we can’t change your room……. But I can’t have it cleaned” so I said yea if you can please have it cleaned and the hair was removed but still didn’t even feel comfortable to shower. The doors and walls are paper thin; there were a whole bunch of young kids yelling up and down the hall all night. The room was nice and the end was comfortable for what we paid. And I was surprised at the amount of Bree kava at options. Just think that all in all the staff could’ve handled the situation a little more hospitably, but overall it was fine for a one night stay.

Took a short trip with the family and stayed two nights. The room was clean, bathroom was huge, staff extremely friendly, comfortable beds. My daughter loved playing in the pool and the breakfast was good. A lot of times you go down to get breakfast and if your not one of the first ones the food is limited. Seems like they kept it well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Rachel, The general manager, was very rude and inconsiderate. My family got bronchitis couple days before the trip which debilitated us and rendered us unable to travel.
We spoke to Rachael for a courtesy refund to which she responded that the reservation is nonrefundable and we have to eat our loss.
After a long conversation she refunded only one room and she wouldn’t refund the second room not out of courtesy but because as she described us very annoying.
What kind of a general manager speaks to the customers that way and what kind of an example you’re demonstrating to your associates?!!
Never will consider this hotel because of the awful customer service.
Be kind and treat others the way you wanna be treated.

Upon arrival and check-in the desk lady was very unwelcoming. Did not smile and did the bear minimum upon arrival. After check in went up to our 3rd floor room, (a nonsmoking room) and it smelled of smoke. Had to go back downstairs while my family waited. We got another room. The door downstairs at the end of the building closest to our room w/o having to go through the lobby was broken. (Door key mechanism to get in was broke) we stayed 2 days and was not fixed. From 10:30-11pm the fire alarms when 9n and off disturbing our sleep. Unsure if there was a fire. Ended up not being a fire but a glitch they said. Then on our second day after an exhausting day at Six Flags we got up to our room and both door keys no longer worked. My daughters and I sat in the hallway with our day things from the park waiting for my husband to go down to the desk to get our room keys recharged so we could get in our room. Overall I was disappointed in our stay. For the price I expected a better experience.

I was with family with children, one 3 years old. We got standbad in our room. The Lady at the front desk said we can upgrade for 30$ per night. I agree to upgrade for my son then she refused to upgrade because I already paid online, and it's low price online. I paid about 177$/ night. She offered to upgrade, then change her mind.
