Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lake George (Queensbury), NY

Affordable hotel with a great location! This is our go-to hotel when going to the Lake George area. It's located right next to The Great Escape (within a couple minutes walk to the entrance gates) and across the street from Martha's Ice Cream shop, which is a must! The hotel itself is very clean, friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful daily free breakfast. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub along with an outdoor pool as well. This is truly a perfect place for families wanting to go to the Lake George area. You won't regret staying here!

Busy location. Great for families wanting to spend time at the parks next door. Unlimited coffee was good, however the breakfast was meh... too crowded no matter what time you went for breakfast.

The hotel was clean and decent. There are several cosmetic details that could use some care through the the rooms and the hotel itself. Not sound proof but not paper thin either. Two small pools were nice. Breakfast was passable though my family enjoyed it. Good for the price.

Our stay was good, we stay here atleast twice a month. The staff is friendly and always helpful. This visit was the first time it was a little noisy, nothing to do with staff just guests with small children running around. Usually the hotel is quiet and relaxing.

My husband and daughter stayed at this property for one night as they were traveling to the area to attend a High School championship basketball game at Cool Insuring Arena. They traveled over 4 hours from where we live to get to Glens Falls and to stay at this hotel. They were so pleasantly surprised at the warm greeting they received from the front desk, the complimentary snacks and waters as well as the clean and well appointed room. This hotel was just over 10 minutes from the venue which was absolutely perfect! Friends of ours chose to book at another hotel closer to the venue and they were appalled at the state of the accommodations there that they immediately contacted Country Inn to see if they could change and reserve there for the night. To their delight, Country Inn was able to accommodate all of them. All around great experience for multiple families! Thank you!

The front desk lady who checked us in wasn’t super friendly and helpful as I would hope. Mentioned Expedia gold status and she didn’t honor anything which is disappointing. She pointed out my kids shouldn’t be playing on the stairs and phoned us immediately after we settled into our room cuz my kids were too excited and made too much noise. For the next 4 days I had to constantly remind my kids to be quiet, which is tiring. There were so many kids running around and playing in the hotel. You would think it’s a kids friendly hotel and that people would be more understanding that kids could be loud. Instead I don’t feel small children are welcomed. Otherwise, the bathroom is spacious, and the room is clean.

The staff is helpful, accommodating and friendly. The accommodations are spacious, clean and comfortable. The common areas are well-kept and family friendly. I would definitely stay here again, in fact, I’ve already made reservations for a future trip.

Stayed here as we were visiting elderly family. The hotel is clean and bright. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Our room had plenty of space and plenty of lights. Outlets were plentiful. This is my first choice of hotels in the area. I have stayed here many times and each time has been a good experience.
