Days Inn by Wyndham Evans Mills/Fort Drum

This place was in very good shape. My room seemed recently updated and was very nice. Have been in $300 rooms that were not nearly as nice. The breakfast wasn't much but was continental as advertised. waffle machine, packaged muffins and granola bar, sugar cereal. Could've skipped all that for a better cup of coffee. The workout room was small - as shown on the site, but the equipment was very tired. I just did the stairs a few times and took a long walk. Probably time to get rid of the stationary bike folks, I put the seat all the way up and still looked like I was on a kids trike. It was too wobbly to ride, this from a guy with a 20 year old Airdyne and a 1963 Schwinn 10-speed at home

Only complaint was small breakfast area when busy. Lots of soldiers and their families go here, better breakfast options would be nice. Place otherwise was a 10 .

Nice hotel with good rates, comfortable beds, friendly staff and it's clean. We always stay here when visiting a family member based in Fort Drum.

This hotel and the staff exceeded my expectations! I would gladly stay with Days Inn again and recommend to friends and family. The only comment I have that's not too positive is: I was thankful to have my diffuser (humidifier) as using the rooms heater made the air a little dry.

This is my 4th stay at this hotel. I have always found the staff to be pleasant and friendly. My only two complaints would be with the miniture pillows that they are now on the beds. They're like infant sized. The second improvement they could make is to go back to using bottles of shampoo and conditioner instead of the tear open packets. They're not very convenient to use especially when you have soapy wet hands.

This hotel is very close to Ft. Drum. I wish I remembered her name, but the young woman who works the day shift was so kind. She remembered us from our last visit months ago. The room with 3 queen-sized beds is perfect for my family.

Breakfast is terrible. Expired food. , old, not sure why breakfast is wrongfully advertised when it’s either bad or expired or doesn’t count as breakfast, it is not a meal. Coffee tastes old, yougurt had expiry date a week prior, no staff attend the breakfast room from 6/9 to ask if anything is needed or if anything is missing or done to refill. No care at all. Bed sheets dirty, missing as simple as napkins in the rooms. Fridges and bathroom fans noisy , it will not let you sleep. Water takes over 10 minutes to get hot to shower or clean yourself. Microwave missing. Front desk staff do not care as much, one of them declined me for asking for hot water , I have asked him to unlock the breakfast room to get hot water for my baby to make her milk. Rooms are very cold, heaters will not work as well. Not going back again.

We had a great night at this hotel. The room was clean and a great size for our family. The staff could not be more helpful. They went way above expectations.

Somewhere I saw that this hotel has a hot tub, which is why we booked it. Anyway, thatis not true. The fitness room consists of two machines in a room the size of a child's bedroom. Furnishings are sparse. Breakfast was nothing at all special, but at least it was included. Watertown seemed pretty sleepy and fast food joints seemed to be the only option. On the plus side, the price was right, and the hotel is new and clean. The staff were friendly. Good for a layover on the way to other places.
