The room and breakfast were clean and good. When checking in we asked the woman at the desk where our room was. Thinking she was kidding, she said "I am not allowed to tell you" and proceeded to not tell us other than handing us the keys. We then asked which side of the building we should park and she said any side. Not a good first meeting with a place you haven't been before. The checkout gentleman was very nice.

I apparently misread the listing when I booked. I thought there was a pool. We checked in at the very reasonable hour of 5 pm. We have checked in at midnight and been greeted by friendlier staff. When we asked the woman at the counter if there was a pool she said, “no one is drowning on my watch!” Which was an oddly dark response. Especially since I know of children who have drowned and advocate for water safety. I said “oh, is the pool closed due to lack of staff?” She said, no, there is no pool! She then recommended I take my teens to the park across the street if they wanted something to do. The park doesn’t have a playground even!!! Then she said “when it rains the parking lot has puddles they can swim in/.” She was just rude and miserable and not funny. Hotel was fine. Room was small for the price. Beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was ok but zero low carb options. No eggs bacon or sausage. My daughter liked her waffle. We are going to Denny’s tomorrow. Lol And it’s 12:30 at night and someone is stomping around upstairs. Will never book this again. . It’s close to my niece and her family and we visit frequently but it’s a lot to ask a family of 4 to host a family of 5 when other relatives also stay over! I’ll pay more for other hotels in the area!!!

The people working there were friendly and helpful. It was very quiet at night even with being so close to the highway. Breakfast was great in the morning. Just what my family needed before heading out for a day of travel.

Travelled with kids. Clean rooms and hotel. We stayed only 1 night and got there late. But it is residential quiet area. I would totally stay again if I am in the area.

Hotel was good, not great. Bed ok but pillows were too small and HVAC so loud had to turn it off. Somewhat noisy but it was Halloween weekend and college/HS kids were booked in. It’s a Microtel, not the Ritz, you get what you expect.

Booked the room for my son and his girlfriend, they came out from the Rochester NY area for some family time.

Always our go-to when visiting our kids at college. Always the most reasonably priced. Very quiet and convenient and friendly staff. The rooms could use an updating now. But overall always a great experience.

Staff and all the services are just perfect for our family.

At checkin, the female at the counter was the most pleasant person. She was knowledgeable of the area and where to grab dinner. Explained everything one needs to know upon checkin. The area is very sketchy and one should probably not venture off without a clear destination and directions. Overall the stay was perfect for one night prior to moving on to another location. However, the breakfast could be better and have some hot option. Food was good for kids though.
