Stayed at this hotel for my son’s family weekend for college. Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. Hotel room was clean. Oatmeal raisin cookies were the BEST 😜. Walkable distance to doing a little night life activity and only a five minute drive to Binghamton university. The only slight down fall is that the immediate parking lot is small, I did see a parking garage across the way, but not sure what that entails or if you would have to pay. The walls of the hotel were very thin as I could hear each time my neighbors would turn their water off and on, the pipes sounded like they were running through my room. But I am overall happy with our stay and will most likely choose to come back for our next visit.

Had to rent the Suite for me along with wife and child because all the other rooms were taken. Rented on short notice and there was something going on at Binghamtom University. We just stayed a short night, but it was adequate and the king size bed gave us. Had a very short stay, shower was nice. No complaints.

Well where do I start? Our room had something wrong with the window, neglecting any soundproofing in the room. From the 3rd floor, the entire night we felt like we were sitting on the sidewalk with the noise. A live band played outside until 11:30, multiple motorcycles and ambulance/police sirens all night long- I couldn’t catch a WINK. When I brought this to the staff’s attention I was given 0 sympathy. They moved our room, which I was happy about, however when I entered the room, there was an ice bucket filled with water… and that completely grossed me out. Just goes to show how cleanly Holiday Inns are… Also- the room’s refrigerator was broken and water poured onto the floor when it was opened and we ended up cleaning it up. I just wanted to relax because we were in town for a family emergency. A “sorry” doesn’t cut it when you can’t f***ing relax. I’d really like to be compensated somehow for my frustrating experience but the lack of empathy shown tells me otherwise. I will certainly NEVER stay here again, and I frequent Binghamton from our home on Long Island. A total joke. Clearly the pandemic has hit you hard when you can’t even comp a room for one night. A complete joke. $170 a night to be jerked around and lose sleep? Never again.
