Inn at the Finger Lakes

Room was clean but need updating. Had terrible internet and second night our tv didnt work either. Had 2 small children with us which made for a long night. Also needed new room key everytime we left cause they wouldn't work qhen we came back

Recently stayed at this property for four nights while in town for a family function. The check-in experience was as others have mentioned with a kiosk and video chat. The outside of the building is very unkept. There are weeds overtaking what was probably at one time decent landscaping. There was garbage outside the side entrance that sat there the duration of our stay. The room itself was decent, however the bathroom needed serious repair. The floor tiles were loose and the floor was soft feeling, like you would expect from water damage. Won’t be long and the toilet may end up falling through the floor. The toilet seat was also broken. On the morning of our departure I had a scary interaction with a homeless man while loading my car, who was either suffering from mental illness or drug addiction. This is not the fault of the hotel, however since there is little to no staff present it was a very uneasy situation. I would not recommend this place and would not stay here again.

Confortable , Lisa is the best always accommodating our needs. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. Our baby grandson came to visit and she make him extremely welcoming

Good deal , we end up staying with our baby grandson and the front lady person was kind enough to give us a more spacious room so the little guy could crawl around

Checking in was disgusting! They have a kiosk with a person you deal with on the screen. Customer Service? Absolutely NONE!!! I asked the kiosk if I had a problem in the middle of the night there was no one to answer the phone at the front desk because there is no one at the front desk between 4pm and 8am (they were never there at 7) what do I do? She said come see me at the kiosk. Are you kidding me??? I was so dissapointed as I stay here quite a bit.

The property seems to host families which have been evicted from their homes. There were children playing in the parking lot and people smoking outside the main entrance.

Upon arrival there was no welcome with a smile & staff’s children & family were a distraction as well as answering the phone whilst serving me. The room was very dated with mouldy ceilings in the bathroom a deteriorating sink & a very noisy & old A/C unit. When checking out the following morning the receptionist stayed texting on her phone and barely acknowledged me, let alone ask if everything was ok. $220 for a very basic room for one night is most definitely not value for money & if I knew then what I know now I would definitely not have stayed there.

It seems like this property has turned into a place where social services places their families for transitional housing. Kids running up and down the halls at night. Doors opening and slamming at all hours. The only time it was possible to sleep was during the day.

My family and I have stayed here once a year for the past four years. Each year, the hotel’s upkeep has decreased. This past stay, the room smelled of mold and mildew, especially when the air conditioner was on. The linens were damp and the carpet was so filthy that the bottoms of our socks were brown after walking around the room.
