The noise from the family that stayed beside us was ridiculous. Children were screaming, crying, running, throwing things and slamming doors. This went on late into tge evening. This certainly disrupted our peace and sleep.

We booked a junior Suite and although larger than regular room it had no wear to sit besides 3 desk chairs—so not worth the extra money and did not provide extra seating as would be accustomed To a junior suite. The room was poorly designed and the bed the most uncomfortable we have slept in.

Modern casino close from all directions. Went to another place last year further down the 90. Went for a relaxing night away and had what felt like 20 kids jumping around loudly til midnight. This place was quite and relaxing and alot cleaner and modern compared to the other casino.

My family and I arrived earlier than expected. We were able to check in right away. I lost my credit card and they tracked me now immediately to inform me that they found it. I didn’t even have time to miss it. The staff was so attentive, helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. I had my 12 year old niece and she even had a good time, eating and exploring the hotel. The spa was amazing. Breanna, Brandon and Maria made this stay even better. Thank you for a really pleasant experience.

It was very clean and the room was great! we had a junior suite. It was costly $500 after taxes! For 1 night! They really need to take into consideration folks gamble and should make the rooms reasonably priced!

The air registers in the room, were filthy. We had a gift certificate that our children gave us for xmas. The check-in clerk didn't know how to process the gift certificate. So, instead of asking for help he ignored us and called the next person in line. That is just poor service for a facility that is always flaunting their great service, and friendly staff. On a positive note, the staff at the Socialle Cafe were outstanding I would give them a 10 .

This hotel is not family friendly. You can not access the food court when under 21 and there is one other food option available. The staff was also rude at check in. The whole place is weird. To top it off, our neighbors were having sex for quite a while and we could hear it all theought the walls. Again, not child friendly!

Wonderfully comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Dining options are not family-friendly. If your kids are under 21, there is only 1 restaurant you can eat in, with limited seating options. The hostess told us to sit at the bar as it was the only place available. We said Sure, no problem. We sat and were immediately approached by a bartender (?) who sarcastically said he “must see IDs for everyone at the bar” (LOL- our kids are 12 and 18). We told him the hostess sat us there, but instead of finding a solution (there were 2 2-tops close by that we could have pushed together easily), he stood there verbally fighting with my husband and me, he said we had to get up and get back in line to wait for a table. Fortunately I’m a teacher, used my teacher problem-solving voice, and strongly suggested that we push the 2 tables together. At that point he did, and fortunately the food was delicious. He did not apologize and should have known better. In customer service the goal is to find solutions, not argue with customers.
