Quality Inn

The staff was always looking down at something when approached the desk,til you said something.The hotel looks older and not up to date. But it was comfortable and nice to be near family events.

So far we like it. Pool is tiny. But the kids had a good time swimming

Booked here as our usual spot was full. Last minute trip for a family funeral. Reviews seemed good, so chose this place. Checked in and got their “last” available room. Handicapped, so should have been larger, but certainly NOT enough space to navigate a wheelchair if we had one, though the bathroom was a bit larger. We were able bodied and had to move the desk chair just to get around the bed. Room was not well vacuumed, but bathroom was GROSS. I have not seen a dirtier shower in any hotel. Mold in the grout, floor was dirty, tile was disgusting! Breakfast was bare min in terms of what could be provided. Tamales, though a nice touch, were hard and dried out. We grabbed a yogurt and coffee and got out of there. We went down to the lobby to buy a bottled water only to find the machine did not work. Turned to the water fountain to refill our bottle only to have black stuff come out of it. When we told the front desk about the machine not working and the black stuff in the fountain, she just shrugged and gave us a bottle of water. Clearly they don’t care. Knowing we were here only 36 hours, we decided to just suck it up and get through it. Rest assured, we will NEVER stay here again. $139 a night wasted! I wouldn’t pay $39 a night for this dump.
