Comfort Inn & Suites Deming

We were greeted promptly upon entering the hotel. Front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. No complaints from our family. We would be happy to return again.

Better tv choices noisy from upper floor kids runny and jumping until 11pm

We arrived at 10 pm to no one at the front desk, no signs saying they'd be back shortly, or bells to signal someone to come to the front. After calling out several times and waiting we knocked on the door to the back and a young woman, Lequisha, came out of the back, ticked off that we had the audacity to knock on that door!! After finally getting checked into our room we found our phone did not work, nor the refridgerator, the peep hole was missing, and the bathroom sink was spraying water everywhere when turned on. We prepaid for four nights for a family event so were stuck there. Every night we came back to the hotel we had been locked out of our room so we were forced to go back downstairs to get our new key. I've never had such a crappy experience at any hotel and we travel a lot!! I do have to say that Gilbert was very helpful when we dealt with him.
