We stayed for a family event over the weekend. The room we originally stayed in, the window unit AC didn’t work. Our room was 80 degrees. They offered to switch us rooms, and we did. It took that window unit several hours to work, we ended up leaving several times to give the room time to cool down, and it never got below 80. My son has medical problems, and he couldn’t cool down due to the ac issues.

Property was unique. Very clean and perfect size room. We unfortunately had to leave same day due a family emergency and wasn’t able to fulfill our whole stay. On our way out we handed the lady at desk our keys and she said is everything thing ok because we had just checked in. I let her know we had to leave for a family emergency back to Arizona. She said ok. I received an email that she was going to give a full refund which we didn’t ask for. She is a blessing and very grateful she was able to do that for us. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area because the rooms are beautiful and unique.
