Be very wary of room description. We supposed booked a two fireplace suite with a king bed and fold out couch. These features were both pictured on the room listing and in the description. The room had only one fireplace and no foldout couch. When we asked to be placed in the room we booked, we were told they were fully booked. While they did waive the resort fee, this cost was relatively minor in comparison to the premium we paid for unavailable features. Additionally, the valets repeatedly parked several cars on the sidewalk leading up to our room. As we were traveling with a toddler, we had to constantly walk in the driveway when leaving our unit, which didn't feel super safe.

Exceptional staff and service. Have loved this place since I was a kid (first place we stayed when my family moved to Santa Fe in 1970). Everyone was very kind. The only issue was that our room was right above the bar and we could quite clearly hear the rousing time the barflies were having.
