Hampton Inn & Suites Farmington

Such a comfortable room. Clean and open! Traveling with 3 kids and a small dog, rooms often feel claustrophobic, but this one held all of us and had plenty of room for all our bags. The breakfast was delicious and we will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!

It was a great stay, however I could hear a small dog barking, the same hallway. Dog would bark inside the room when heard someone passing by the hallway. Other than that, I slept like a baby.

Enjoyed my stay with my family. Plan on a longer stay next time.

We traveled to New Mexico from West Virginia to visit family and do some sight-seeing. We found everyone to be extremely helpful and even though we left early each morning and did not return until late evening, we appreciated the courteous employees. Right after we checked in, as we were preparing to meet family at a different location, our room key would not lock the door. We contacted front desk and they immediately came up to check out the problem and even thou they were not able to immediately fix it, they moved us to a different room. We understand these things happen sometimes and we appreciated that they addressed the problem quickly and professionally.

Perfect my family loves it except the pool was closed

The service was great. We were disappointed that the spa was not working. Our family and another family stayed there after a wrestling tournament and the wrestlers and parents were looking forward to the spa.

The evening front desk clerk was rude to my kids and I.. we didn’t do anything wrong we simply asked questions about the area and also for towels and we got a rude remark back and acted as if the towels were coming out of her paycheck.

Just as I was being checked in another guest called demanding for service. I swear some people's kids are so rude with no consideration for others but themselves. Front desk was awesome no matter what others were saying. He was polite and calm during the whole conversation with the rude demanding guest on the phone
