Courtyard by Marriott Farmington

Was a late check in and I had my grand baby with us. As I was getting out of the vehicle to check in the hostess was at the desk talking to some one and then there was pizza delivery person waiting for the doors to be opened and t didn’t get to the doors on time to walk in but as I walked in everyone disappeared and I stood at the door with my family and I had our baby. It was cold and on one came back out to open the doors I rang the doorbell and still now one I say about 10 mins passed and finally the pizza came bk and the doors opened and then we all got inside, then we waited and waited for another 15 mins and finally the lady came out with a surprised look and asked how did u get in. By the time I was upset because we waited out in the cold for more then 10 mins. Then she tells me the door bell is broken. Grrrrr I guess nothing no one works there. Probably the last time I’m booking at this hotel

A good environment. My family had a great stay and everything was a comfortable stay.

Great place to stay with the family

The reservation did not guaranty that i would get the room that i reserved, which was explained to me when i got there late at night, which left me scrambling to find a place for my family to stay. My teenage daughter was creeped out by the drunk guys starting at her from the adjoing parking lot. I don't understand why the lady at the front desk was so rude when I was asking to make sure I didn't get charged for the room that they reserved for me that I couldn't use.

When I booked the hotel i did not see that it was for just 1 king size bed, I needed two qweens and when we checked in I told the checkin kid that he said ok...and when we got to the room one kind bed. so I had a very uncomfortable night sleeping on the couch 4 ft-- and my legs on the hard coffee table, it wasn't nice at all. I told the lady when we checked out and she said get a hold of Expedia tell them it was a bad room and bad stay and they will refund your money. then she marked our reservation as such bad night stay. I would like a full refund this is an awful hotel. old and dirty needs to be updated thank you

My family and I had a great experience, from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel and their staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

The inconvenience of a broken elevator was the worst. Having to lug our bags n suitcases up n down the stairs with a bad knee n a bad back. The pool was EMPTY!! That was a disappointment as we had a child who wanted to swim. There were dust fuzzies in the corners.
