Brentwood Inn & Garden

The motel was fine for what it was except that the walls were paper thin. This family was arguing all night long! I thought they were in the hallway. No, they were in a nearby room. There was no telephone to call the office and request assistance. It was hard to sleep.

I just need two big bed for me and my lil family and i hope to get $100.00 deposit back for star the few nights there and missing the B Lounge there.. but its pretty good place. Thank U For excellent breakfast and your little waffles maker that my husband loves from there and you have excellent breakfast thank you..

Good value motel on the edge of town. Large comfortable rooms, no traffic noise. We did have a problem with the sliding door to the courtyard but fixed by the helpful receptionist. Farmington is not a tourist town but good Mexican family restaurant which serves alcohol across the road (many other places around the motel area are dry). Simple but adequate breakfast, easy parking.

Our first room: the TV was left on and LOUD, the door was also left open. It was eerily creepy. At 10:30pm with a newborn and two small children, we were rushing back downstairs for a new room. Transferred again to the same floor, couple rooms down. NO WAY were these queen size beds. My husband and I cosleep with our newborn and holy smokes; this bed we were squished. It was awful. I’d say the bed was a full at best. Breakfast was good. Great selection. Faucets are a little leaky. Toilet is low and took forever to flush. Overall, it wasn’t bad for $100 bucks for the night. We went for a soccer tournament for our son. It’s right next to everything which made it super convenient!

We have stayed here for years. It has always been our go to place to stay in Farmington. I think it must have changed hands. The carpets are really getting in bad shape. Also their breakfast buffet used to be so good with homemade green chili, biscuits and gravy, etc. now it’s just frozen scrambled eggs, potatoes etc. oh and you can make a waffle (this buffet is like what you get in a motel 6) so sad to see that it is getting in such disrepair. I would have and have recommended this motel to my friends and family. I feel like I can do this. It makes me so sad.

Great place to stay with family

Breakfast was great for a family.

We were on a multi-state road trip when we stayed at this property. This is a tough one to review because it was by far our least favorite place we stayed while on this trip, but I can't say it was terrible and I can't say it was great. It was fine. Everything went fine. The place was fine. There were a few little off-putting things cleanliness-wise, but nothing terrible, thankfully. The beds weren't very comfortable at all, but I've also had worse. We forgot to pack a toothbrush for my son and there was a sign in the bathroom saying if you forgot anything essential to let the front desk know. I figured for my little guy, we could get by with the cheapy toothbrushes that some motels/hotels offer in these types of situations, but when I went to ask about one at the front desk like the sign suggested, the front desk lady said it would cost $3 for a toothbrush and toothpaste set (we only needed the brush) and that I had to pay cash for it (which I didn't have on me at the time.) I understand wanting a little money for such a thing, but the sign in the room mislead me to believe that they would offer that service free like so many other hotels/motels do. We ended up hitting up Walmart instead for a kid toothbrush. Anyway, I just wasn't super impressed with the place, but I was fine with it. The area surrounding the place was similar... it made me a little uneasy, but it wasn't terrible. Just kind of a blah experience, but it was fine overall.

Everything was ok. Staff was friendly but all night children were running through halls and knocking on doors and when the staff was informed nothing was done. Shower drained so slowly that the water was past ankle high during shower. However things seemed clean and smelled clean.
