My family of 10 stayed here during the weekend and it was disappointed. The place is so outdated. In our room the AC unit is so loud every time it turns on. And for the price per night is not realistic at all. Carpet looks so old. They offer continental breakfast but they don’t have a lot of table and chairs for you to set. They have 3 tables and 2 chair each that’s it.

The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Hot water was horrible and the walls must be paper thin because I could hear the people across the hall talking and their children screaming and running up and down the hall. The hall also reeked of pot.

Another great stay here. We were upgraded rooms to an amazing room with plenty of room and pillows for the family. By far our favorite hotel to stay in while visiting Ruidoso. We have tried 3 other hotels in town, all three were more money and not even close to as nice a stay.

We stayed here for the weekend for a basketball tournament and everything was great!! There is renovations going on, but not an inconvenience at all. Price is good and our room was very clean, cleaner than I expected!!! The owner and his family were beyond amazing and nice!! They made sure we felt welcomed and were there for anything we needed! Definitely would stay here again!!

Bed and room nice. Not much breakfast variety. Out side and entry ways very old look. First floor blocked unsure if remodeling. Cheap price for being able to sleep while family in hospital.

This hotel is very dated. With a baby not having an elevator was inconvenient. However the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. There wasn't much to the Breakfast either which was disappointing for cost.
