Very clean and comfortable room; extra helpful and friendly staff . Great place for families

We took our grandkids and everyone slept comfortably in the suite!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here our suite was very comfortable.

Great stay if it wasn’t for the kids on the floor above running back n forth. Called management and took them a hour or two to finally go up and say something. Mind you this was at midnight when it began.

Unfair staff. Was awakened at 5am by neighbors vibrating phone alarm, felt and heard through the wall. Asked staff to call them and kindly awaken them and tell them the situation. When problem continued (neighbor would hit snooze several times), I called staff again and asked him if he would awaken the neighbor so my daughter and I may continue sleeping, or else I would knock on the wall. As I was already irritated. Staff told me he would call the cops on me and have me evicted if I were to do that. I was in town for a Prison Ministry meeting, as I visit often throughout the year to Ruidoso NM. I will not encourage my friends, nor family to stay at this property. Staff was not very understanding nor friendly and empathetic to my situation. Paid close to $200 for terrible treatment.
