I didn't realize that i booked my room smoking and when I checked in the informed me that it was smoking i requested that i get a non smoking because of my grandchild. Front desk lady said i had to go through the 3rd party i went through to change my room When i got to room it was smelled really bad

Furniture & carpet old & dirty in hotel room! Breakfast was meh not great, jacuzzi not working. Older people don't like kids staying there or when they make some noise.

Great location away from noise but very close to hw70, rooms are large and large restroom with plenty hot water for long showers, staff was friendly and attentive, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget friendly family hotel

This place is a diamond in the rough. It needs a bit of updating but it makes up in every other aspect. Up in a small hill gives you privacy and quietness from the main road. The room needs a bit of update but most importaint, spacious and clean. Staff was curteous and helpfully. Breakfast was above most hotels, lots of choices even biscuits and sausage gravy. Overall a great stay with my family.

This is an older property needing a little updating, but it's fine for a family or a couple staying overnight. The breakfast was awesome, front staff was great!

The location is perfect for people like us that like to be away from the crowd, plenty of pines around, the room was OK, unfortunately one of the beads was really uncomfortable, old and deteriorated with a broken base and very noisy. All and all we spent a good family time but I have never missed my beed that much before.

Unfortunately, staffing shortages appeared to have hit this facility particularly hard. Delayed check-in due to rooms not being cleaned. Overall, rooms were lacking in cleanliness, all walls need a good scrub (it was not paint chips or scratches, but visible soil on the walls). We had to leave the bathroom fan on in our non-smoking room to prevent smoke from another room from infiltrating. Poor oversight on property, room next to ours had at least 8 people in a 5 person room (not kids).

My family and i chose this hotel based on ratings and this was a great stay. The staff really goes out of their way to help you regarding extra towels you may need bags. I would highly recommend this place.

To begin the worst communication from the front desk, I booked this trip for my family and we had a funeral to attend so things had to get switched around and the front desk had no idea how to add an additional night, no one can speak Spanish or translate in the office, and when I called to ask the manager questions regarding our room and pricing she was so rude, kept talking over me and would not even let me finish my sentence without interrupting me, she was rude and should not have a manager title if that’s how she communicates with customers. We have used this hotel to visit family multiple times and never will use them again.
