Stayed here for a family visit. Stayed across the street last time and weren’t happy with it. We had a great stay, nice room that was super quiet for a full hotel. Great breakfast food and choices that kept us from going out to eat. The only things that could be a minus a very sqeaky hinge on the bathroom door that would wake people up and a odd smell from the A/C almost like a very humid smell not quite musty but it seems to be normal from the places we went to. Overall great stay!

This met our expectations for a HIE. There was nothing spectacular nor was there anything missing from the amenities or the written description. The room was not completely sound proof. We could hear kids in the hall and the very subdued bass from the trains rolling by. They were noticeable but didn’t wake us. We would stay here again as a first choice.

In town for my sister’s funeral. Everyone was so gracious. They even let us “hang out” with family that stayed at the hotel as well in the dining area.

The hotel was wonderful. Rooms are spacious and clean. My family enjoyed the stay. Internet was a little slow but it allowed me to work. The pool and spa were really perfect one day and the following day they were both below temp but we still had a good time.

I traveled with my family. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stay two nights the grandkids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub.

Wonderful staff and free sleds (and wax) to borrow for white sands—huge savings for a family of 5! The room was clean and comfortable and everyone who worked there was kind of helpful. Highly recommend if you are visiting white sands!

The stay at the hotel was very nice ! The only issue I didn't care for was that the swimming pool opened to late and closed to early ... That is when everybody starts their day ... The times should be from 7a.m. till 11pm 7 days a week . Alot of kids miss out on swim time due to the adult time schedules ... And the breakfast should be from 7-10 so people can sleep in a little before having to rush downstairs to get food or miss out on what's a courtesy for the guests paying for rooms and staying there instead of another branch of hotel

We booked the hotel because of reviews and proximity to White Sands. Upon check in, staff was very kind and offered water! They even called our room to double check how our rooms were. The facility is clean with a great pool and hot tub! I was also impressed by the gym. Breakfast is standard, and the dining area gets pretty packed. I def recommend this property to everyone esp those with younger children!
