Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Edison-South Plainfield

Had inital iissue with check in but staff addressed it well. They were focused on customer service and very helpful & friendly to us and our children.

This is our go-to hotel when we come to visit family in the area. Excellent service, starting with delightful front desk staff, room, amenities, breakfast, the whole experience.

My stay was nothing short than amazing. From the hassle-free check in, to the friendly staff, immaculate rooms, and free breakfast. I was pleased to stay at the Fairfield and I would definitely revisit and recommend to friends and family!!!

Awesome. Great hotel for family with kids.

The male front office clerk was terrible. He sold my booked room to someone else. I booked total 3 rooms for my family and friends. I talked to the front office clerk who told me that all rooms are booked side by side. I got my room key and waited for my friend and when my friend arrived the guy refused to give side by side rooms and said one room is on the 3rd floor an other 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. He never said sorry that was his mistake rather he was nasty and gave me his General Mangers business card and asked if I have any question I should ask the GM. Hotel is good but that particular person was not good and not a customer friendly person and not fit for front office customer faced position. There was another lady who was very nice and customer focused. I will say for sake of business this person should be moved to back office and a nice well mannered person should replace home in the front office. Thanks
