Like always the best hotel I stay to go to New York with my family

Nice place with proximity to ferry that takes you directly to Midtown in less than 10 minutes. Seamless check in and check out. Mr. Randy at the breakfast session was my family's favorite staff. Very friendly and always checking to see if all was going well at breakfast. Will stay again

Conveniently located near water taxi. Clean, good for family- it has kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and laundry on 6th floor. Big rooms. Breakfast included and pretty good options to start your day. Shower room flooded but they came and fixed it!

It’s good a place for traveling with family. Can get pack-play bed for toddler bed. Location is superb but you can smell smoke(pot) from neighboring rooms. Loud noises at night. Cannot block the entire window due to fan installed under the window.

Ferry across the street gets you to time square in less than 15. Very clean and separate bedroom from the tv room and sofa bed because i snore very loud and wake up my kids lol. They can sleep in peace and so could I. Parking is very expensive and not included. The breakfast could be better as well. But you will sleep great and a king size suite you can make cereal for the kids and stay right in the room. Im looking forward to my next stay.

What worked for us: Very friendly and efficient front-desk, very supportive staff, excellent location right next to the ferry station, decently equipped gym and a good breakfast. What could have been better: Please make coffee available in the lobby at all times + We found the rooms to be a bit small for a family of 3.

This was a family trip and one of my favorite hotels. The hotel was modern, updated, spacious and clean. All staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located 2 minutes from the ferry to New York so it was incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is quiet and clean. The view from outside the hotel is incredible!!! The only thing I didn’t like was paying for parking, which was still cheaper than parking in nyc, but would have liked that covered. We would most definitely stay here again. Loved it!!!

Had high hopes for this hotel given the location. A few issues we had during our 5 day stay. 1. Loading Zone and Parking garage were both full during checking. No luggage carts to be seen for hours. Staff said I could "park down the street". 2. Laundry was out of order for our entire stay - we chose this property b\c of traveling with a baby and a need for laundry. Ended up having to walk to UC to a laundromat. 3. Gym was constantly out of water. 4. Tile floors in our room were very dirty, baby crawled around and instantly had black hands and legs. Ended up buying a mop and cleaning ourselves after seeing the condition of housekeeping's microfiber mop pad. 5. There is a terrible smell outside of the first floor entrance, likely nothing you can control but is off putting as a first exposure to the property. 6. Broken tiles in the elevators indicate lack of maintenance on the property. Also had blood spots on our bathroom wall (small spots but do raise questions).

The staff are all very kind. It's comfortable and the breakfast atmosphere is nice. One disadvantage is that there were no windows in the living room where my family stayed. But it wasn't a big deal.

Went see my kids and will definitely stay here again. If you stay here you must try the restaurant down stairs. Also a great view of NY sky line.
