Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel

My family and I had a wonderful stay, the room was very clean when we arrived. Our room was very comfortable at night and the beds were also very comfortable. Our room was quite spacious and our view was even better. Any staff that we did interact with during our stay were helpful and friendly. My family and I also enjoyed food from the on site restaurant. I would certainly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Amazing hotel for a family vacation. We had a great time. The ferry to the NYC is just few blocks. Great restaurant and great staff. We were very happy 😀

My kids loved the pool. Parking was included and breakfast options were great.

I would definitely give a 5 star for the staff. Very polite and helpful. The breakfast staff, especially Emma was brilliant. I stayed here for 5 nights with my family and loved the proximity to NYC. Breakfast options and boh Bennedict was my favourite. We did hire a car and went about all over in it. To Boston, philadelphia etc. We took the ferry couple of times which was fun for the kids and convenient. The only negatives was the carpets and the hotel needs renovation overll. Its a bit tired. But the stay and beds were comfy.

Sheraton Lincoln Harbor provided a nice respite from Manhattan while still being close enough to travel into the city with ease. Very nice view of the city across the river. The ferry stop was right in front of the hotel, which was super convenient. There is also a metro bus stop on the same street as the hotel (short walk). It took about 15-20 minutes to get through the tunnel and into Manhattan mid-town port authority - from there you can hop on the subway or take a short Uber ride to your desired destination. This is a nice location for families visiting NY. The room was spacious with a sitting area, two tvs, and an executive style desk, as well as a large bathroom. One complaint was that the temperature control did not work in the room and the windows did not open. It was stuffy and too warm at night, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest in terms of hospitality. Enjoyed the location and price of the hotel the most. A better option if you don’t want to pay the high prices in Manhattan. We were visiting NY for 9 days. We stayed in Manhattan for 4 nights and at the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor for 5 nights - which saved us about $1,000.

We enjoy staying at this property due to it's proximity to our family located in Hoboken - an easy 10 minute walk along the waterfront. On this visit we noticed that our bedsheet was not tucked in (which makes sleeping during the night interesting), the phone in the room didn't work (my fault for not giving the front desk the okay to fix it - they were willing to come in) and we were in a handicapped room that had no fan in the bathroom (not good!) and the towel racks were across the room from the sink. Strange placement and inconvenient.

The rooms need a mini fridge and brighter room lights it was way too dim with all the lights on. The front desk guy Johnathan was so awesome and nice to me and my family during our one night stay. Need more people like him in customer service. Need security rounds in your parking lot at night to keep people from smoking weed in the parking lot and brighter lights in the parking lot area too for safety.
