Hampton House Hotel

Great location on the beach and the room was clean with a nice ocean view. Its too bad the town situated a busy road in-between the beach and hotels because it creates a lot of road noise that overpowers the ocean sounds. The bed was more firm than we were used to. Internet was unusably slow for streaming. I tried to stream youtube and plex for the kids on a tablet and even at 2 megabits it would buffer constantly despite speedtest reading 5 megabits (which is also very slow) They are using nice ubiquiti wireless equipment but it seems they are over limiting speed per device even when its off season. The parking lot was mostly empty since it was off season but it must be rough in the summer because the spots are very narrow. Checkin and checkout were very fast. We would stay again.

Amazing place to stay with kids especially!

My family of 4 had a wonderful experience this weekend at the Hampton House hotel.

Hotel is right across from the ocean, on the end of the boardwalk that is more quiet family friendly. Staff is wonderfully friendly and accommodating. Where is the good size and even the side roads you get a glimpse of the water from the balcony.
