Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Seabrook, an IHG Hotel

Bed was amazing, but could hear kids running in middle of night and early in the morning.

Overall, our hotel experience was good. This hotel was expensive for what it was... and breakfast was included, which most hotels do. The breakfast that was offered was poor quality and several things were broken such as the pancake machine and the juice machine, and we have kids that would have liked that, so that was really frustrating. We went out to breakfast instead.

Many times, we have stayed at this location when visiting family from FL. Very convenient location and accommodations exceeded our expectations.

kids enjoyed the pool and exercise facility, conveniently located near walmart and dollar tree. guy at front desk was courteous and funny. would definitely stay here again.

Despite the family with the little screaming kids until after midnight that were across the hall from us, the stay was pretty good. Breakfast options were great. The coffee 24/7 was great to have available. Just wish that the front door to the room was more sound proof. We did love the fact that our room was on the 1st floor for easier access for my husband with a physical disability. When you ask for extra towels, etc they hand it to you right away unlike another Holiday Inn we stayed at in New Jersey that told us someone from housekeeping will drop off the towels and they never showed up. Would stay here in Seabrook again.

I believe it needs a nice area for people to gather when they have family and friends there. Maybe a nice sitting area outside and a nice sitting room downstairs.

We came to spend time with family at the beaches. The room was nice, clean and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and it was centrally located to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Would definitely come again.

Good for a family

The person at the front desk greeted us in an old worn out sweatshirt and sweatpants I believe, upon entry to the room there were feces on the toilet seat that I had to clean off, the room thermostat was set on 78, but the room was still cold having to wear layers of clothing and get under the covers, the tub was dirty, the faucets had a white and green residue around the joints and on the shower head, breakfast was limited and there were only bananas and oranges for gluten free options, the hotel itself had dirty floors and walls, kids were running up and down the hallway yelling and the area outside of the hotel felt unsafe with a man outside of the entrance staring and catcalling further making me and my child feel unsafe. I left this list at the front desk as "there was no manager" on duty

Breakfast was amazing, rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue we had was people/kids around us were loud and the wifi on the 3rd floor was spotty. Housekeeping came by almost every day which was great because we chose to eat in our room. Everyone was friendly
