This stay was for a family wedding. Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable, especially the beds. We got there at 11pm and we're greeted warmly by the desk clerk on duty. My only suggestion would be to extend breakfast on theMonday holiday to at least 9:30, hopefully later, to better serve guests, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It started out poorly, as we were given a room with a broken door lock. The representative working the desk was new and didn't know the procedure to address the situation. This was a little upsetting. Once the manager was involved, everything went perfectly. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

I have stayed for three days and the cleanliness and staff was excellent. I traveled to Exeter at least three time last year and was not statify with my stay at other hotel within the city, so I am very happy that this experience turns out to be the right fit for my family. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon.
