Traveling with family to work and compete in a basketball tournament. Rooms and breakfast were great. We didn't hit the pool, but that looked good too. Dining area was good, and room were comfortable. Perhaps a little on the small side, but not bad for the price.

Visiting family in Newburyport so needed a nice hotel nearby and was very pleased with this choice. Nice large and clean room, very good breakfast and a 5 minute drive to our family. Will certainly be back on future trips.

We visit our grandkids in West Newbury and this hotel Is just off of 95. It is a newer hotel but I wish there was daily housekeeping. It is better than it’s rival on the other side of the street..

We were with my family for a wedding and there was no place for us to gather. They closed off the breakfast area at 11am and baraccaded the room with chairs and turned the lights off so you couldn't go in. We all had to find a place to go but the town closes down at 10pm. There were 12 of us and we had nowhere to meet. This is not a place that welcomes or accomodates large parties

Ac compressor in my room was very load when it turned on. Woke me up each time it turned in. There were unsupervised kids running the halls, knocking in doors on multiple floors, and constantly playing with the elevators. Went on for days and management did nothing. Woke many up. Two strangers I met in the elevator were also complaining about them. No sleep for my last three days there.

Check in was difficult. They asked a million questions when I arrived with several bags and two children by myself. It also lead to me losing my wallet and the hotel wasnt very concerned with helping me find it. The pool was also closed for most of our stay. Breakfast optijj in a were nice but overall it was overpriced

We love this company and have stayed in atleast 30 locations. This has the same look and feel, so no complaints there. Oddly our entire family had insane allergy attacks in the middle of the night. I didn’t see dust so it must have been in the bedding. Maybe the room hadn’t been used in a long time? It was very weird because we are not typically allergy sufferers. After about 8 hours past checking out we were all fine. Won’t risk staying there again, but too bad because the location was good for our needs.
