Great stay at a classic old hotel. Room with pullout couch was perfect for family of four. Staff was friendly and courteous. We had an event at the carriage house Saturday night -venue was perfect and food and service was great,

Everything was clean and fresh. Condiments for the rooms and bathroom were top of the line. The elevator from the early historical ages is a must to ride. The Tavern had a top-notch bartender who has shown me the best Long Island Iced Tea in New Hampshire. Dining was outstanding with a matre de went out of his way in service and top-notch entree's. The ground and Golf Course were highly maintained in the Historical Hotel. The porch out front gives you an opportunity to reflect with family, or just sit and relax in the tranquil mountain views.

Location is great and thats about it ! We stayed for two nights and realized how overpriced and unkept this place is. Door locks in bathroom gets stuck, super dangerous. My child got locked in and I had to call the housekeeper for the help. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room and when I reached out the front desk they didn’t apologise or tried to understand or explain why was it missed. So I asked for some refils and they obliged.

Loved our stay at the Eagle Mountain House! The Inn was so charming, the views were beautiful and our family had so much fun together in the game room.

Our family stumbled across this gem on our unplanned adventure. We love the charm and family feel here. My 13 year old son told me that he felt very safe here. The waterfalls down the road were amazing. My boys got in and cooled off since the pool was under construction. They had cookies in the lobby and s’mores out at the campfire that night. My husband and I enjoyed a cold beer in the rocking chairs on the porch. It was quiet.

Incredibly underwhelming. The resort has no modern amenities and not readily accessible for special needs children as well as pool under construction and other issues not advertised during time of booking

My family & I had a wonderful weekend at this property. This will be our go to place every time we go to the Jackson area goung forward. The property was historical while still feeling very fresh & modern. The staff were all helpful & made the stay very welcoming. The only negative was that the pool is under construction but it rained so no biggie.

Lots of character and history at this hotel. The porch was our preferred place to enjoy the views. Staff was great and the food and drinks were wonderful. A long over due family reunion!

When we saw this property, we thought it was such a quaint place to dtay in the mountains. Well the pitctures are inadequate. It is extremely old. It smells like mildew old. We had a two room so our child could sleep on the pull out. The room where the bed was had a window a/c unit and the sitting area did not. We had to ask for fans which did not cool the rooms off at all. The bathroom was tiny and the shower wasn't that clean. Mold was around in the bathroom. The bed was horrible and rock hard. The carpet was worn out and my feet were dirty from walking on it. The pull out was horrible. There were cobwebs all over the sprinkler pipes. Bugs inside the picture frames and just dirty. I felt like we were staying in a rustic camping room not a remodeled hotel. The wifi is basically nonexistent. We needed it for a few things for our trip. We dont mind disconnecting but when we need it and they say they have it, we expect to be able to use it. The breakfast buffet was ok, all the meats were nothing but grease. The golf course was beautiful. We did enjoy walking it in the evening. Staff wasn't over friendly, especially the lady in the restaurant. We were so disappointed with this place.

We had a great 4 day family vacation there with our 3 teenagers - they loved the buffet breakfast - my husband and I went down early in the am and the 3 teens joined us later in the morning when they were ready to start the day - we also enjoyed dinner there too. Very relaxing!
