They have done some amazing updates to the rooms! I've been here many times over the years and this upgrade was impressive! I'm a single mom, my kids and I can coexist anywhere that there is a hot tub in our bedroom 😂 it's the best of both worlds! Thanks for making a weekend away special for me and my girls. We will keep coming every year!!

Sweet little Village inn very affordable and clean. It looks like it's family run, although I didn't get a chance to ask. Very clean. Showers worked great. Just far enough away from the traffic and noise of North Conway but still close enough to all the ski slopes, shopping, hiking. I've been there twice and I definitely would go back again.

Not sure where the mishap was but got charged for child when i arrived and already had put 2 adults 1 child , do not like getting charged agter already had price and paid that was first negative. Also dont know if it because ground level but room had afew different insects crawling around and in bed, it was not bed bugs but still creepy.

Unfortunately, there was a mix up with us not communicating with the property regarding having our dog. The issue was finally resolved and we were able to pay extra to stay. Not the property's fault but both nights families with children were above us and super loud.

I have to say i was a little skeptical of staying here. My wife and i have been coming up for 25 years we use to own a time share at the Forest Glenn we were upset when they sold around six years ago . Every year since then we tried almost every affordable hotel sometimes three in one year and most of the time disappointed because of price no privacy not child friendly no pool or not clean. Again were not talking about over 250$-300$ a night . This might not be every one's favorite place but we loved this quaint hotel off the beaten path . Rooms were updated and freshly painted and newly furnished. Pool was kept up and warm, grounds were clean and cozy and we enjoyed our evening walk. This is our family's new getaway...

Booked this planning to take my children to Storyland. I am a single mom from MA. My youngest got very sick and I had to cancel our trip last minute. Reached out to hotel to see if i could not get charged for the room. I was told no. I wasn't even offered a half off. I find it hard to believe that they could not do anything. What if my child had Covid? Would I get the same response? For this reason I will never book here again. I won't even suggest this place. The fact that they weren't even willing to talk to me to try to work out anything. Poor customer service!

Noisy family next door, slamming doors, screaming.... no one from the front desk took no measures to make them be quiet. That was for 3 days in a row

The breakfast was okay - white bread, frozen eggs patties, packaged muffins etc but it was SO hot in the small dining room no AC on and they had incense? burning that was very very strong smelling :/ also they charged us an “extra guest fee” $20 despite in a King room 2 adults 1 toddler. They denied the charge to Orbitz despite us having proof! We emailed them twice to dispute it but they never responded!
