It was good overall but we were blindsided by the wall bed and had to sleep on the couches. The property is beautiful but the hotel floors are run down. The pool and hot tubs were full of kids, teens and people drinking alcohol. The room was clean but the bed and some other minor issues, plus it seemed far away from North Conway.

Checking was 1.5 hours after hotel agreement states. Was told to come back at 4:15, 4:45, 5pm and then at 5:20 I approached myself to ask. I was told the room just needed to be inspected and no one could go inspect it to let me know if I could check in. I had three toddlers in tow, dinner reservations in an hour and had spent the whole day at the pool. I was told when we arrived earlier than scheduled to come check in at 2pm, as the room would like be ready. We did not push but we asked at 2pm, like instructed, and were told to come Back closer to 4pm-understandable. But an hour and a half after 4pm?! Unacceptable. We asked for extra pillows and the worker told us why do you need two? I had three children in a room with one bed.

The staff and hotel were absolutely amazing. When you approach its overwhelming happiness that it was so affordable and so beautiful. The resteraunt within Tapside was not as freindly and accommodating. The waitress was rude and although advertised gluten free freindly she was condsending and difficult. She had an attitude with me and i was very uncomfortable leaving hungry and in tears . Needless to say we traveled away to dine. Storyland is not far and there were lots of other things to do . Although the pool at the hotel was all the kids wanted to do. Needless to say we will be back for sure

This was our second stay at this hotel, and it was not great. The building itself is dated and could use some upgrades. The pool and hot tubs are awesome, especially if you have children. The thing that was awful was that there was no air conditioning in our room. There were 2 units, but they did not blow cool air. The day we arrived it was 100 defrees outside and so we were miserable. Im unsure if the rest of the rooms has issues with the AC. The lobby of the hotel was cool, but the 3rd floor where we stayed was definitely not.

Our room was clean and beds very comfortable. The pool was actually heated yet still refreshing and even with a lot of people there it was big enough to still enjoy. We had a lot of fun there and enjoyed our stay. I have an 8 year old and 2 teenagers who also had a great time. The arcade wasn't in the greatest shape. Machines not working or ate our money. A fan on the floor with no cover on it was dangerous for kids in the arcade. Definitely need an update in there and attention to safety. Otherwise everything else was perfect! We will be back again!

Easy overnight trip with a toddler! We loved the pool and the room was just big enough. Very cheap option to get a night away!

The outside is beautiful and so is the entry way with the fire place. The minute you go past that it’s terrible. We stayed in a studio. The walls seemed paper thin. You could hear yelling and kids running around upstairs. The heat didn’t work, the bed that pulled down from the wall was hard as a rock, and there were only 2 flat pillows. For the price we were extremely disappointed.
