I’m so incredibly thankful. My home was sold after 11 years and after months of looking I still couldn’t find anything, this place made us feel less like crap and more like a family still. Thank you Resdinces from my family to yours

This is an apartment complex so the services are minimal but great spot for families.

This is honestly one of the worst hotels I've stayed in, in a long while---though it seems that in recent years they are all competing with each other to see who can offer the least sanitary environment, make clear they have better things to do than be bothered by their guests, & all for the low low price of at least triple what 3xs as good used to cost. I do understand that staffing issues are very real, but i don't remember ever ever having stayed in a hotel where both beds, the carpets and the sofa are FULL of fur. I have no animals, yet hardly 5 minutes in this room and my black socks were full of long white fur. If that weren't sufficient, my immune compromised kid plopped face first into the bed, only for me to realize to my absolute horror that the bed was covered in it too. I called to the front, and after being reminded several times that the front is not housekeeping (thank goodness, I'll let the hospital staff know when my son becomes sick as that changes ~everything~!) The room was vacuumed and several trips later we were given -some- replacement bedding. And laugh cry sob, but some of that had fur on it too (so glad they aren't skipping on sanitation! Its not like if viruses like herpes, colds, flus, covid and bacterial infections like MRSA can possibly be spread through contaminated linens! Oh....wait....). Oriental cockroaches, mold, every surface was so filthy i was afraid to even shower

Hotel decor was dated, repairs in room were done cheaply and obviously with visible calking and drywall repairs, carpeting and upholstery was not modern. Weird but not overbearing odor in common areas. Staff was fantastic, place was nearly silent with no obnoxious children or families.. Would recommend but do feel it was overpriced due to aforementioned detracting factors. 15-20% price reduction and it would be a fabulous value.

Overall, this was a nice property and did the job! It was nice having the separate rooms with a small child. Could have had a little more available in the kitchen and some of the halls smelled like smoke.

We stayed for a weekend in a loft room. It is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pull out couch and full kitchen. The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but clean and perfect for our family weekend at a local college. We could not get over the size of the suite. It was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.

YOU GONNA BE REGRETFUL ENOUGH IF BOOKING HERE. I've made the reservation in advance, and left the message that i'd be very late as my flight would be arrived at the logan airport around 22:30. While I was declaring immigration, I worried if this residence gonna cancel my room like "no show" or so, so I called and paid for a night. I'm from Korea taking 25 hours flight. BTW, I got restricted for the phone call use at the area, and couldn't finish out the talk. After clearing all the things at the airport, this residence didn't answer the phone even i left the urgent message. Our family anyway went there, but no one there no message.. nothing. We couldn't have any space there over midnight for 6 people. What the. I went there after 25 hours flight. totally exhausted. I spent my money for this crazy phone call for 40USD as it's international call. After coming back home, i asked this to hotels.com, but couldn't get in touch with this hotel side about two weeks, and now they said that "no refund" Just Great.

The way the grounds are set up it was rather confusing to locate the room. No clear markings to speak of. The fact that it was a dark rainy afternoon only made this situation worse. Parking also was confusing and the hilly grounds would make it difficult for people with. Small children or Anyone that might have difficulty in getting around l
