Holiday Inn Express & Suites Merrimack, an IHG Hotel

The suites were spacious to accommodate my family and the staff very friendly and attentive.

we have stayed at this hotel many times over the years as we visit with family. Has maintained a high standard over the years.

I have stayed here many times in the past. My son and his family live about five miles away. However, this time was different. The heating unit in my room was extremely loud. Every time it turned on, it woke me up. I couldn't ask for a different room because the hotel was sold out (it was Thanksgiving day). I also found trash in the bathroom trashcan. I realize that it was Thanksgiving Day but I would have expected at least that the trash would have been emptied when they prepped the room. On the plus side, the breakfast was very good, even though I didn't show up until the last half hour it was available. The staff is pleasant and helpful. This is my honest review for this individual stay.

We had a good time with family.

It's a great hotel. From cleanliness and service. I want to mention that Phil is Very courteous, helpful and caring. Our family drove from Texas and arrived earlier then expected, you can imagine how exhausted my whole family was traveling in the car for over a day and a half. Phil was understanding and was able to check us in earlier so instead of leaving us to sleep in the parking lot he accommodated my family. We appreciated what he did for us soo much. Breakfast is great and yummy. Lots of selections. They also have all day hot drinks Bar (coffee, tea, cocoa etc). Room was very clean and all the amenities you need. My girls and I love the Dove body wash!!! I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!!

We are a family of 5 so we were in a two queen suite. The pull out sofa bed was comfortable, the beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. All the areas were clean. We were happy with the breakfast and the staff were awesome!! Our only tiny issue was that there seemed to be a chemical odor that smelled like bug spray that would be in the room when we walked back in, even when nobody had been in. And we wished the parking lot was better lit in the back corner. Thank you!

this hotel was great!, we picked a suite so it was very nice, big, clean for our kiddos to play while in the room!

Enjoy coming to this hotel. Came for the first time as part of the bus tours and now come on my own with family. Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Close to all amenities

I liked the breakfast. We liked the room, but we thought the floor could be a bit cleaner. The pool was great! We also just suggest a fence because the highway is right there and if kids were playing in the yard, they could fall down that hill. I took my kids to the side of the building & they ran around safely in the grass. The staff were very, very nice every time we talked to anyone. Good location as well. We found a free splash pad about 15 minutes away.
