Really liked this resort. Has great amenities and rooms… my only complaint was there were lots on underage kids (4-10) in both hot tubs and the parents just let them take over the hot tubs and hotel staff didn’t check the pool areas to tell parents kids under 14 are not suppose to be in the hot tubs.

Excellent hotel. We have been staying here for years with my 2 kids and it's the perfect property. The heated outdoor pool is a wonderful addition, especially in the colder weather. The location is amazing if you have young kids like me as you can go back and forth from the pool to the outlet shops or to grab a bite to eat. We cannot wait to return to the hotel for back-to-school shopping in another month!

17 years we have been coming to the Grand Hotel and even after all this time, they have kept up or improved on the property. It is a family tradition.

This is the perfect hotel if you are in North Conway with young children. There are two pools and hot tubs, a playground, an activity room with games and crafts, two kid appropriate movies a night, and an ice cream social. My only suggestion would be they should offer free breakfast or reduce the price given how little children eat. But overall, this was a wonderful stay.

Great pools, playground and other amenities for kids and the hotel itself is beautiful. The room we were in however had a musky odour with noticeable covered up leak issues in the ceiling from sometime previous.

Great hotel for families! With the kids pool/splash pad, heated outdoor pool, indoor pool and playground on site, it was great for our toddler! The front desk staff were great. The breakfast buffet was pretty limited for $15 (annd we had to often flag down the staff to get drink refills) Our room and the amenities were very clean & the location was easy to get to everything. We stayed 3 nights and were very satisfied and felt it was a good price for the room. Would definitely stay here again!
