Family friendly! Great place to bring the kids, many things to do on a bad weather day! Indoor/outdoor pool that is very clean

Great place for families with inside and outside pools and hot tubs, huge fire pit, activities for the kids and nightly ice cream socials.

Really nice outlets that you can walk too. Very kid friendly there’s a pool indoor and outdoor along with a hot tub.

The beds were very uncomfortable they never cleaned the floor stepped on a junior mint smooshed into the rug and wrappers and hair ties all over then couldn't get near hot tub so many teenagers there you would have thought it was a local hang out will not go back there room was way smaller than expected for the money paid!

Pleasantly surprised family! Kids loved the giant stuffed animals in the lobby, the talking moose Monty, surprise hot chocolate bar during the day. Room was fine, the couch made a great 3rd bed. Indoor and outdoor heated pool and hot tub lovely with the snow coming down!

If you want to be in the quaint downtown of North Conway, this is about 2 miles away and is behind the Outlet shops, so not cute and charming at all. Easy to drive into town though. Rooms are fine. Clean, though dusting the sprinklers and tops of lampshades is overdue. A little worse for wear. Some scuffs on the walls and crack in vanity of bathroom sink. My shower was hot for about 3 min then lukewarm, but my husband showered afterwards and his was hot. Definitely a family place with the arcade and pools. There is an outdoor hot tub too and the outdoor pool is open year-round and heated. Note that the room with the "hot tub" in it is a Jacuzzi bath tub and not an actual hot tub. Staff was very nice. Complimentary electric car charging - ask for the code when you check in.

Our neighbors kept us awake both nights of our stay, the on-site restaurant was closed, our tub didn’t drain well… the pool was great and the kids had fun. But overall I was disappointed. The staff we interacted with was all kind and ready to help.

With all the fees, it cost almost $300 per night. I was amazed at the skill of the front desk had to recite all the excuses they were instructed to say. Whether it be endless maintenance and cleanliness issues or, lack of services, they had well rehearsed excuses. Are we supposed to accept the reasons and pay full price? If that is the way you need to operate, please advertise the truth about limited services and charge accordingly. Charging full price for fair accommodations is misleading and false advertising. Or, just close the hotel until management can find staffing solutions. 4.4 out of 5, who are you kidding?

Paid alot of money for a spa hotel, to be surrounded by many families with lots of little ones. Not as quiet and relaxing as I would like.

Really enjoyed the outdoor playground and pools for my family.
